High Country Outfitters - Downtown Athens, GA

High Country Store Manager (Click for application) - We are actively searching for a new manager to join the High Country Family! Prior sales and/or management experience is not required, but highly reccomended for applicants.

  • Provide a high level of customer service on and off of our retail sales floor
  • recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
  • managing budgets
  • maintaining statistical and financial records
  • overseeing pricing and inventory control
  • maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
  • Grow customer relationships and the outdoor lifestyle in the community
  • preparing promotional materials and displays
  • A passion for the outdoor lifestyle is a must!
  • 40+ hours per week required

Warehouse Assistant (Click for application) - We are searching for a new assistant for our warehouse at the HC headquarters in Buckhead to help with shipping, inventory transportation, operations and other daily tasks.

  • 20-40 hours per week
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting (30 lbs)
