Ocoee RaftingRafting: Experience the thrill of rafting the Ocoee. No matter what your skill level or previous experience may be, your professional High Country Adventures guide will deliver you through the wild and wooly rapids of Double Suck, Tablesaw and Broken Nose- in one piece!

Rock Climbing: If you and some friends would like a quick taste of what rock climbing is all about, High Country Adventures offers group climbing at our local sandstone crag, Starr Mountain. We set up the ropes and run the belays, and you get to climb to your heart’s content! In a fun-filled day in a sublime natural setting, you will learn basic rock climbing techniques in a safe, challenging environment.

Kayak Tours: Try an evening kayak outing on Lake Ocoee, a pristine mountain lake 4 miles from our outpost. Come catch a beautiful mountain sunset from the cockpit of an easy and fun-to-paddle touring kayak.

Caving: Your group can experience the thrill of descending into massive caverns, complete with subterranean natural bridges, soaring domed ceilings and exquisite stalactite and stalagmite formations (we’ll even teach you which grow upward and which grow downward).

Campground: A spacious and rustic campground is available for groups of 15 adventurers or more. Each campsite includes picnic tables, grills, trash facilities, and fire rings for fun, safe and enjoyable camping. As a bonus, each campsite is conveniently located near our new bathhouse and is a short walk from both the hot tub and the spacious fresh-air dining pavilion that overlooks the volleyball court.

Cabins: Cabins are all located within our wooded 30-acre Ocoee Outpost, and each comes equipped with a full kitchen and bath. Sleeping accommodations include a private bedroom with a double bed on the main level, a full-size bed and a full futon in the open loft areas, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Many cabins even come with a fireplace, and all have a large deck outside for stargazing.
