Most orders ship within 1 to 4 business days.

• Saturdays and Sundays don’t count as business days.
• UPS and USPS don’t pick up on weekends, so an order processed over the weekend leaves on Monday.
• If anything holds up your order, we’ll email or call you.

Ground shipping is free on orders over $99.

• Ground: variable rate under $99. UPS Ground to homes, USPS Priority Mail to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• Expedited, $19.95: UPS 2-Day Air to homes, USPS Priority Express to P.O. boxes.
• Alaska and Hawaii, $29.95: USPS Priority Mail. Expedited isn’t available.
• We can’t ship outside the U.S. yet.
• Tracking comes by email once your order is ready for the carrier, so use a valid email at checkout. We’re family-owned and never sell or share your information.
• Orders ship from our Georgia stores and warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates, since weather and other delays can be out of our hands. See UPS Ground transit times

In-store pickup is free on any item.

• At checkout, choose Pick up as the delivery method to see which of our stores have your items in stock.
• Everything in your cart has to be in stock at the same store. If Pick up shows an error, that’s usually why: split your cart into separate pickup orders, or email customercare@highcountryoutfitters.com and we’ll help.
• Pickup orders are usually ready within an hour. We’ll email you when yours is ready, and call if there’s a problem.
• Bring a photo ID that matches the billing name and address.

You have 30 days from your order date to start a return in our Return Portal.

• Items need to be new, with the manufacturer’s tags and packaging.
• Send shoes back in their original box, and don’t put the shipping label on the shoe box. A damaged shoe box means a 25% restocking fee off your refund.
• Clearance items (50% off or more) can be exchanged or returned for store credit, but not refunded.
• For safety and hygiene, we can’t take back climbing gear, socks, underwear, water filters or Theraguns.
• Holidays: purchases made on or after November 1 can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase or through January 5, whichever is later.

Return shipping is free when you exchange or choose store credit.

• Exchanging for another size or color, or taking store credit: we cover return shipping.
• Refunding to your original payment method: $9.95 comes out of your refund.
