This website is operated by High Country Outfitters. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to High Country Outfitters. By accessing our site or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, policies, or guidelines referenced herein. Please read them carefully.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental consent to use this site if a minor.
1. Online Store & Account Eligibility
- To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including passwords, and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of account security.
2. Orders, Payment & Billing
- We accept payments via methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
- Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in product availability, or pricing.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to update it as necessary.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
- All items purchased through our store are shipped at your risk. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during shipment.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Our detailed Return Policy applies to all purchases. By using our services, you agree to follow the procedures outlined in that policy.

- Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities for orders.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display reflects the actual product.

Summit Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. OVERVIEW
The Summit Club is designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Membership in the Program is open to all individuals with a valid email address.
2.2. High Country Outfitters’ current employees are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2.3. The Program is intended solely for personal use. Businesses, organizations, associations, commercial clients, or individuals buying items for commercial purposes or resale cannot join the Program.
2.4. Eligible accounts can be deemed ineligible at any time after account creation.
2.5. Program members are allowed only one account, and sharing an account with others is not permitted.
2.6. Participation in the Summit Club loyalty program is limited to retail customers making purchases at standard pricing. Customers receiving ongoing or non-public discounts are not eligible to enroll in or earn rewards through the program. High Country Outfitters reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude any participants at its discretion.
2.7. Summit Club Membership is free.
3. ENROLLMENT
3.1. To enroll in the Program at highcountryoutfitters.com, you must enter all required information (full name and valid email, and/or phone number). Enrollment is only complete when you have provided this information, either during enrollment or at checkout, and clicked the "Join Now" button.
3.2. Customers must create an account on High Country Outfitters' website or at a local High Country Outfitters store to enroll in the Program. To enroll in the Program at a High Country Outfitters retail store, provide your full name, a valid email address, and your consent to join the Program to a Store Associate. You will receive an email welcoming you to the Program, which will include a link to complete your profile.
4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS
4.1. The Program has three tiers: Basecamp, Expedition, and Summit.
- Basecamp: Entry-level tier for all new members. Members will remain in the Basecamp tier until they spend the minimum annual amount required on eligible purchases to achieve Expedition or Summit tier status.
- Expedition: Members will qualify for rewards in the Expedition tier if they spend $500 on eligible purchases within one calendar year. Expedition status is valid for that same calendar year, as well as the full calendar year following. Following this time period, annual requalification is required. If members do not qualify for the Expedition or Summit tiers by December 31 of the calendar year following Expedition tier eligibility, the Member will revert to Basecamp status on January 1 of the following calendar year.
- Summit: Members will qualify for rewards in the Summit tier if they spend $1,000 on eligible purchases within one calendar year. Summit status is valid for that same calendar year, as well as the full calendar year following. Following this time period, annual requalification is required. If members do not qualify for the Summit or Expedition tiers by December 31 of the calendar year following Expedition tier eligibility, the Member will revert to Basecamp status on January 1 of the following calendar year.
Example: If you qualify for Summit tier status in 2024 and do not spend $1,000 to requalify for Summit status in 2025 or $500 to qualify for Expedition status in 2024, you will be downgraded to Basecamp status on January 1, 2026.
4.2. Any purchases made prior to enrolling in the Summit Club will not count toward your calendar year spend.
4.3. Your tier status is determined by your spending on eligible purchases within a calendar year.
4.4. If you return an item and this causes your total calendar year spend to drop below tier eligibility, you will not progress to the higher tier level or be downgraded to a lower tier level.
4.5. Gift cards, services, shipping costs, taxes, and fees related to purchases are excluded from the Summit Club and do not contribute to your tier level spending total. The total tier spending is calculated based on the order subtotal after applying any discounts or rewards.
4.6. Any tier upgrade will become effective once the order has been fully shipped or the retail purchase has been completed.
5. TIER BENEFITS
5.1. All membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits. These benefits will vary by tier, and some will have more than others. All aspects of these benefits will be determined by High Country Outfitters.
5.2. Specific benefits may only be available to a select group of members at High Country Outfitters’ discretion. Benefits like product offers and more will be available while supplies last and may be subject to change, cancellation, limitations, and substitutions.
5.3. Basecamp tier members will receive $10 when they make an eligible purchase or purchases that add up to $250+. Basecamp tier members will receive early access to sales, exclusive discounts, special offers, and member-only perks.
5.4. Expedition tier members will receive $20 when they make an eligible purchase or purchases that add up to $500+. Expedition tier members will receive $15 off on their birthday. Expedition tier members will receive early access to sales, exclusive discounts, special offers, member-only perks, and seasonal bonus(es).
5.5. Summit tier members will receive $50 when they make an eligible purchase or purchases that add up to $1,000+. Summit tier members will receive $20 off on their birthday. Summit tier members will receive early access to sales, exclusive discounts, special offers, member-only perks, seasonal bonus(es), and annual gift(s).
6. EARNING POINTS/REWARDS
6.1. Members earn points for every purchase made at High Country Outfitters, online (must be logged in to rewards account) or in-store (must give staff member valid email or phone number associated with rewards account).
6.2. Points earned per dollar spent may vary by product or promotion. Points will not be awarded on purchases of gift cards or services.
6.3. Basecamp tier members will receive 250 points when they make a purchase or purchases that add up to $250+.
6.4. Expedition tier members will receive 500 points when they make a purchase or purchases that add up to $500+.
6.5. Summit tier members will receive 1000 points when they make a purchase or purchases that add up to $1,000+.
6.6. All members will earn:
- 1 point per $1 spent
- 30 points when they create an account
- 20 points when they complete their profile (including gender and birthday)
- 10 points when they review a product
- 10 points when they like High Country Outfitters’ Facebook page (the customer’s Facebook name/email/phone # must be the same as their name/email/phone # on customer’s Summit Club profile)
- 10 points when they follow High Country Outfitters’ Instagram page (the customer’s Instagram name/email/phone # must be the same as their name/email/phone # on customer’s Summit Club profile)
- 100 points when their referred friend makes their first purchase
7. REDEEMING POINTS/REWARDS
7.1. Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as specified by High Country Outfitters.
7.2. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.
7.3. Loyalty points are valid on a rolling yearly basis and only expire if there’s no loyalty activity (making a purchase) for 12 months. As long as you shop with us at least once a year, your points will stay active.
7.4 Tier Rewards ($10, $20, or $50 off) are valid for 90 days after you claim/activate them. Claiming/activating a reward means tapping the “Redeem” button in your loyalty profile or in an email from High Country. For customers that have yet to claim their points, their point balance will remain available until they are inactive for a full year following their most recent loyalty activity.
When a customer returns the item that they've purchased using a reward, the points corresponding with that reward they earned/were awarded from that purchase are automatically forfeited. The customer will get a refund for the amount they paid in the transaction. If a return is processed on a sale with a coupon applied, the coupon (& corresponding points cost) is forfeited by the customer.
For example:
- A customer makes a purchase in the amount of $70 and they use their 500 points to redeem a $20 off coupon, they will pay $50 total and earn 50 points.
- Then they change their mind and do a full return on that transaction, making their total -$50. They will automatically lose 50 points.
If a customer uses their rewards to cover 100% of the cost of their purchase, the discount will not be reinstated for the exchange or return process as the discount has already been redeemed on the original order.
7.5. Redeeming Rewards:
- Online Checkout: During the online checkout process, you can choose the award you wish to redeem.
- In-Store Checkout: Tell a staff member the reward you want to redeem during checkout.
7.6. If a customer decides to redeem a $50 reward on a $30 purchase, the full amount of the discount would be applied (or as much as possible). The remainder ($20 in this example), would not be carried over for future use, and the customer would need to claim/redeem a separate loyalty reward on their next purchase.
7.7. Customers cannot redeem more than one reward at a time. Even if a customer has enough points to redeem multiple rewards, they can only use one reward discount code at the checkout per transaction.
7.8. When customers claim rewards, points are functionally spent in exchange for the reward. A customer that has 1200 points that claimed/redeemed a $50 reward would have had 1000 points subtracted from their account. Since this customer now only has 200 points, they would not qualify for either the $10 or $20 reward (which require 250 and 500 points accordingly), which is why those options would no longer appear.
7.9. Reward coupons may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sale pricing. Discount stacking is not permitted. Reward points are still earned on sale and promotional purchases unless otherwise noted. Earned points may be redeemed on eligible full-price items in accordance with program guidelines.
8. BIRTHDAY REWARDS
8.1. The members who qualify for a birthday reward are members in the Expedition or Summit tiers only. The birthday rewards amounts are determined at High Country's discretion and may exclude certain products and brands and vary between tiers 2 and 3. Details of these exclusions will be provided in the birthday offer email.
8.2. To qualify for the annual birthday offer, you must be a member of The Summit Club and in either the Expedition or Summit Tier and have submitted the month and day of your birth, either at sign-up, on the membership page in your loyalty account, or in store with a staff member.
8.3. Your date of birth cannot be changed at a later date to qualify for this offer.
8.4. Eligible members will receive their annual birthday offer via email 7 days before their birthday. The birthday offer is valid from the date of the email until 30 days after the member’s birthday.
8.5. Summit Club Members are limited to one birthday offer per year.
8.6. The email containing the birthday offer may include additional terms for redemption.
9. REFERRAL PROGRAM
9.1. Referred customers get $10 off their first purchase of $100 or more. Discount expires 7 days after issue.
9.2. Referrers earn 100 points after their friend completes a qualifying purchase.
9.3. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse will result in removal from the program.
9.4. High Country Outfitters may make changes to or end the referral program at any time.
10. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
10.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information in their accounts.
10.2. High Country Outfitters reserves the right to terminate any account or revoke points at its discretion for any reason including but not limited to fraud, resellers, bulk buyers or bulk purchases.
11. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
11.1. High Country Outfitters reserves the right to modify or terminate the Summit Club Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice.
11.2. In the event of termination, members will have 60 days to redeem any remaining points.
12. CANCELLATION
12.1. High Country Outfitters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Summit Club loyalty program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
12.2. You may cancel your rewards account at any time. If you decide to do so, any points/rewards earned on your account will be permanently forfeited.
13. PRIVACY
13.1. Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with High Country Outfitters’ Privacy Policy.
