- Cool: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours for cooling relief..
- Care: Surface clean with a damp cloth only—do not machine wash or immerse in water as this will harm the filling material.
- Materials: Filled with organic materials and dried French lavender.
