Summer Sweat Series - HIIT

Join us July 19th at 9AM for a FREE all-levels HIIT class at the Forum Peachtree Corners Plaza followed by giveaways from brands like Brooks, Vuori, Nomadix, Teleties, LMNT, & more.

Please bring: a yoga mat/towel, a water bottle, and sneakers. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early - class begins at 9am.

Heath Ward will be instructing the class. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer specializing in Sports Performance, General Fitness, Weight Management, and Functional Strength at The Forum Athletic Club in Atlanta, Ga.
