So, grab your sunglasses, put on your walking shoes, and let's journey through eight fantastic things to do in Georgia this spring.
1. Hang out on your favorite rooftop or at a local brewery
We love the Ponce City Roof and Bold Monk Brewing Co., but there are so many awesome options in ATL and all over the state. Here's a list to get you started:
ATL:
- Scofflaw Brewing
- Fire Maker Brewery
- Steady Hand Beer Co.
- Gate City Brewing
- Rooftop L.O.A
- Steamhouse Lounge
- Estrella
- Hotel Clermont
GA:
- Savannah: Moon River Brewing
- Savannah: Rocks on the Roof
- Athens: Akademia Brewing
- St Simons: Barrier Island Brewing
- Augusta: Riverwatch Brewery
- Thomasville: Hubs and Hops
2. Head to GA's coastline
Spend a weekend in the Golden Isles, or head to Savannah and make a day trip to Tybee Island. Cumberland Island is also gorgeous, and there is so much to do in all of these spots. Enjoy sweet local restaurants and shopping, gorgeous views, biking, and more.
3. Go for a hike at one of GA's gorgeous trails
Head to your favorite local trail, like Silver Comet, East Palisades, or the Beltline OR make a day out of it and drive to Blood Mountain, Indian Seats, or Tallulah Gorge.

4. Grab some friends and head to a Braves game, the Botanical Gardens, 420 Fest, or another ATL activity!
There is always something going on in the city! 420 Fest, happening on April 20-21 at Pullman Yards, and opening night for the Braves is March 29 (although it's away, you can still hang out at the Battery!). We also love the Botanical Gardens this time of year (or any time, really, but the blooming flowers in spring are just unbeatable).

5. Go camping
Setting up camp in the wilderness or at a campsite is a really great way to spend a spring weekend. If you've got little ones, bring them along! They'll love experiencing the outdoors with you. A few spots in GA we love:
